Kids Classes
Ages 4-11
Our kids program aims to change and develop children in a positive way. Kids will develop basic martial arts skills
including self defense applications
together with stranger danger awareness
Our teaching emphasis
Firm discipline through clearly defined rules.
Techniques that encourage basic co-ordination and balance skills.
Encourages effort and co-operation more than results.
Activities that develop physical fitness and flexibility
Teenager Classes
Ages 11-18
We encourage our teenagers to continually develop physically & mentally. We offer positions of responsibility as team leaders and assistant instructors. It allows teenagers to believe in themselves
and provides an enormous level of self confidence.
Our teaching emphasis
Strict limits on acceptable behavior.
Teach skills with a higher difficulty level.
Encourages goal setting and provide opportunities for self learning.
Appoint assistants for each class to encourage leadership
Teenager Classes

Designed specifically for adults of all ages.
This unique martial art combines cardiovascular exercises
together with flexibility and core strength training,
providing a fat-burning workout while building muscular strength.

Implements all facets of both traditional and modern Taekwondo.
