Mixed martial arts is a combat sport where fighters compete in a ring. The training is composed on three main areas, groundwork, clinch work, and stand-up work. Where as the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a grappling art derived from Japanese Jiu-Jitsu and was made prominent through the Grace family and the early days of mixed martial arts and Ultimate Fighting Championships.
