We had a massive week of gradings this week in Taekwondo with some out standing performances! Also in our kids bjj the kids showed a lot of heart in there rolling and the big one worth a mention is after 7 years Jamie finally gets his black belt in Taekwondo!
Well done to all those who competed on the weekend! Some great progress seen in all the fighters this weekend and a special mention to Zarli who had 3 tough fights to win gold!
