Well done to Billy, Jack and Chloe entering there first brazilian jiu jitsu competition. All of there first fights was a bit of a deer in the headlights scenario but they brushed it aside and then smashed it in there second fights we were all very proud!
While visiting Korea one of our students Valentina went and visited the mecca of taekwondo the kukkiwon! She definitely showed some of the masters who was the boss!

For black belt grading this can be one of the hardest parts of grading, its towards the end of the grading, you a wrecked physically and mentally then you have to recite the whole pattern in Korean, its a tongue twister to say the least. I hope this is of some help to...
