Some tough fights for the girls this weekend as they smashed it out. No gold today but some good experiences and some feedback to take back to the gym and refine for next time!
Last week we had the pleasure of master instructor 8th Dan John Le Busque come grade Adam and Paul to 7th Dan in Taekwondo. Well done to both guys with there years of dedication finally paying off!
